FULL PACKAGE CLUB
Privacy
Updated October 18, 2026.
This policy describes Full Package Club’s shopping service. You can browse and shop without an account. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests. We may need to verify ownership before acting on an account request. Do not send passwords, payment details or sign-in codes.
Your shopping conversation
Sending a message permits the concierge to send your conversation and shopping preferences to OpenAI for research. Shopping search queries may be processed by search providers. Don’t enter personal or sensitive information. No message is sent merely by opening the site or typing.
Unsaved conversations
Conversations and shopping preferences stay in the page’s memory and clear on refresh. FPC does not store full conversation transcripts in its account or saved-finds database. A versioned permission marker may be saved in this browser. Clearing this site’s browser data removes that marker and shows the processing notice again. A later deliberate send permits research again.
OpenAI may retain abuse-monitoring data. Server safety and spending controls are separate from the conversation. This is not a promise that provider processing has zero retention.
Saving results
To reduce repeated research, FPC may keep short, original manufacturer-sourced product notes in a private research library. Notes are eligible for reuse for up to 24 hours and expired notes are removed during later library updates. This library does not contain conversation text, account details, shopping preferences, or personal fit explanations. Notes are checked for relevance before reuse, and do not establish current prices or availability. New or more complex requests can still use fresh research.
Save my package stores the displayed shortlist: its title, research date, buying note, item descriptions, fit explanations, caveats, source links and save date. Packages expire after 90 days; saving the same package again renews its expiry. Up to 30 packages can be kept per owner. You may give a package a collection name and explicitly choose to remember its displayed shopping criteria. Those criteria stay with that saved find, not in a hidden cross-site profile. Returning to a find restores its saved research; a fresh search happens only when you ask. Source-linked comparison details and product type may also be saved. Matching Amazon listing links, variant notes and their research date may be retained with saved items. Purchase links are resolved again when you return; an expired or uncertain match does not establish current price or availability. Saving does not store your full conversation or a separate preferences profile. Result wording can reflect what you asked for, so save only information you are comfortable retaining. Nothing is saved automatically. A browser-only cookie contains a random access token; the database stores its hash. My finds shows your saved packages and lets you remove them.
Without signing in, anyone using the same browser can see its saved packages. They do not sync across devices. Clearing site data or losing the cookie removes access, not the database records; those become inaccessible and expire after 90 days. Expired records are removed during history or account activity, not necessarily at the exact moment of expiry.
The guide finder
The guides page filters as you type, in your browser. When nothing answers what you typed and you ask us to research it, the words of that one shopping question are kept (up to twelve plain words, nothing else) as a topic for the overnight research engine. Nothing about you is kept with it, and questions that are not shopping questions are dropped before they are stored.
If you also leave an email address with the question, we keep it with that question and use it for one note through Brevo: a link to the guide when it is published, or a short message if after three nights we could not find enough to recommend. It does not put you on the email list. The address is deleted 30 days after you ask.
Secret Santa
When you make or join a Secret Santa group, we keep the group's name, limit and exchange date, each member's first name and email address as they typed them, their wishes, and who drew whom. An address is used only to send that person their own page link and one note when names are drawn, through Brevo. It does not put anyone on the email list. Wishes typed in your own words are also kept, without any name or address, as a topic for the overnight research engine. Everything about a group is deleted 45 days after its exchange date. The pages are reached only by their links and are kept out of search engines.
We test a few wordings of the buy buttons on the guides. This browser keeps which wording it was given (in site storage, not a cookie), and the site counts, by day, how many guide views and store clicks each wording had. Nothing about you is kept with those counts. Clearing this site's browser data starts the test over.
Guides by email
If you join the email list, FPC stores the address you enter and sends one confirmation note through Brevo; you are on the list only after you open its link. Then you get one welcome email with the code for our shop, and a weekly email that lists the new guides and links to them on this site. Links to our own shop carry tags that tell us an order came from the email. The emails never carry advertising links. Every email has a link that takes you off the list at once, and the address is kept only to send these emails. Brevo processes the recipient and delivery information under its service practices.
Optional email sign-in
Enter an email address to receive a one-time sign-in code through Brevo. Your first successful code creates your account. FPC stores your email, the first name you provide, and explicitly saved shortlists, not your shopping conversations. Brevo processes the recipient, code and delivery information under its service practices; this does not subscribe you to marketing. Codes expire after 10 minutes, work only once in the requesting browser, and are limited to five attempts. Only a keyed digest is stored by FPC.
Signing in moves this browser’s finds into your account when its 30-package limit permits; otherwise they remain browser-only. Sign in with the same email to access account finds from another browser. Sessions last up to 30 days. Sign out on shared computers. Account options let you delete your account and its saved finds after a fresh sign-in. Your email remains until account deletion; saved packages still expire after 90 days. Expired codes, session records and short-lived hashed rate records are removed during sign-in activity. Provider logs and backup copies have separate retention from the active application database. Account deletion is not a promise of immediate erasure from every provider or backup. No phone number, password or automatic transcript history is collected.
Customer reviews
Optional photos and videos are stored privately with a pending review and removed when that review is withdrawn, expires or its account is deleted. Photos are decoded, resized and re-encoded on the server without their original metadata. Supported videos are compressed to MP4 using the first 30 seconds, without original file metadata. Processing may be unavailable on a host without the required video software; failed uploads are not stored. Do not upload receipts, addresses, private images or media you do not own. No public media delivery or AI analysis is enabled. Scanning, hosted processing verification and public-media moderation must be completed before public uploads launch.
Sharing a review stores your rating, usage timeframe, experience, pros, cons and incentive disclosure with your account and the saved product’s name and source link. Pending reviews are private to you and authorized FPC reviewers, not public. They may be considered for future public reviews or research-based guides after review, not automatically published or sent to AI by this feature. Pending reviews expire after one year and are removed during account or review activity. Withdraw a review in My reviews or delete your account to remove it from the active database; backup copies have separate retention. We do not verify purchases or use your email as a public review name.
Cookies and operational records
Necessary cookies support email-code sign-in, account sessions and browser-only saved finds. FPC keeps limited security, rate-limit and spending records to protect sign-in and control research usage. These are not shopping transcripts. Hosting and delivery providers may process IP addresses, connection information and service logs. Browser site-data controls can remove cookies and the research notice marker; clearing them does not delete an account.
To keep automated traffic from overwhelming the site, a new visitor may be asked to pass a quick Cloudflare Turnstile check before the first search, saved history or sign-in email. It usually runs invisibly. Cloudflare processes browser and connection signals for that check under its own privacy practices. A passed check sets a signed research cookie that lasts up to seven days, and short-lived rate-limit counters may use a one-way hash of your network address. These are not shopping transcripts.
Product photos on a shortlist come from the brand or retailer page we cite and load directly from that site, with the site named under the photo. Your browser requests the photo from that site, which receives your network address but no referring page from us. We do not copy or store these photos.
When you follow a link to Amazon or another store, that site can see that you came from fullpackageclub.com, as it would from any website. It does not see which page you were on or anything else about you from us.
If you save “Your fit” (devices, sizes, skin and hair type, style), it stays in this browser on this device. It is sent with your searches so results fit you, and you can clear it at any time from the same screen.
This browser also keeps your most recent shortlist for a week, so a return visit can pick up where you left off without a new search, and the names of products you marked “Not for me”, which travel with your later searches so they are not shown again. Choose “Forget it” on the home page to clear the shortlist; clearing this site’s data in your browser removes both.
Analytics and shopping links
With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits to our public shopping pages and guides using analytics cookies. It processes a random browser identifier, device and browser information, approximate location and sanitized public page addresses. We do not send shopping messages, email addresses, names, saved finds, account pages, URL query parameters or sign-in codes. Automatic form, search and outbound-link tracking and advertising features are disabled. Choose Allow or No thanks in the small analytics panel; return through Cookie choices in the footer to change your choice. Declining does not affect shopping, sign-in or saving. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Your choice is remembered in this browser; when storage is unavailable it lasts for this visit. Google processes analytics data under its own privacy practices, and blocking tools or declined permission mean some visits will not appear in our reports. Research processing permission is not analytics permission. Advertising pixels remain inactive. Following an identified Amazon affiliate link sends our Associate ID to Amazon, which may use cookies and purchase attribution under its own privacy practices. On our guides, a Skimlinks script can turn an ordinary store link into an affiliate link when you click it. Skimlinks receives the page address, the link and standard browser and device information, and may use cookies, under its own privacy policy. It does not load when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. The impact.com tag on our pages counts page views for our impact.com partner account and, when you click a link to a store we partner with through impact.com, turns it into our tracked link. impact.com receives the page address, the link and standard browser and device information, and may use cookies, under its own privacy policy. Links in our own social posts for products we sell go through fullpackageclub.com/go, which counts the click (the day, the post and the platform, nothing about you) and passes campaign tags to our shop, so it can tell which post an order came from. Matching research uses the selected product details, not your account email or saved shopping history. FPC does not record these clicks or send review reminders through this feature. Seller and source websites have their own privacy practices. Commercial disclosures describe our current commission status.
Threads and Bluesky conversations
Full Package Club’s Threads and Bluesky accounts (@fullpackageclub) sometimes reply to public posts where someone asks a skincare or shopping question that our shop or one of our guides can help with. To find those posts, the site searches recent public posts through Meta’s Threads API and Bluesky’s public search. For each post it considers answering, it keeps the post’s ID and link, the author’s public username, the text of the post, and the reply we drafted.
A person reads and approves every reply before it is posted, and each reply says the shop or guide is ours. We do not follow, message or build profiles of anyone, and nothing from Threads or Bluesky is sold, shared or used for advertising. These records are deleted automatically after 90 days.
To have a record about you removed sooner, email [email protected] with your Threads or Bluesky username, and the post link if you have it. We remove it within 30 days and confirm by email. You can also hide our reply on your own post at any time.
Your choices and policy changes
You can keep shopping without an account, decline to save, remove packages in My finds, sign out, or delete your account after a fresh sign-in. Contact us about access, correction, deletion or other privacy rights that apply to you. Material changes to data use, retention or providers will be explained before they take effect, with any additional choice or permission required. Terms & research explains how the service works.
