A bare bulb can look intentional when its shape has something worth seeing. Globe Electric's spiral-filament version keeps the visible glass and looping interior, then adds adjustable color to that familiar form.
This selection is model 35847, a clear ST19 bulb with an E26 base. It is visually different from a frosted A19 smart bulb, even though both may fit a familiar household screw socket.

Consider a fixture where the elongated shape and spiral will actually show. A dense opaque shade hides much of the detail that makes this particular bulb interesting to compare.
